Intensive In-Home Team Leader -Candidate will serve as the team leader and is responsible for coordinating the initial assessment and developing the Person Centered Plan. They are also responsible for providing or coordinating, with other licensed professionals, treatment for the youth or other family members. This position provides therapeutic interventions to support and guide consumers in all areas of functional domains.
QUALIFICATIONS-
Masters Degree in a human service field and must possess full or provisional Licensure Status (LCSW, PLCSW, LPC, LPC eligible or Ph. D.)
Five or more years experience in the delivery of mental health treatment to children and/or adolescents
Associate Professional (AP)-Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in human services or equivalent with 1 year of professional experience in supporting clients receiving MH/DD/SAS services or a degree in a field outside of human services with 1 year of post graduate professional experience. Must have one year of documented experience with the adult/children population. Work schedule will vary per assigned client needs.
Qualified Professional (QP)
Candidate must be either:
1. A graduate of a college, or university with a Masters degree in a human services field and has one year of full-time, post graduate accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served and a substance abuse professional shall have one year of full-time post-graduate accumulated supervised experience in
alcoholism and drug abuse counseling; OR
2. A graduate of a college or university with a baccalaureate degree in a related human service field and has two years of full-time baccalaureate accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served and a substance abuse professional shall have two years of full-time post-graduate accumulated
supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling; OR
3. A graduate of a college or university with a baccalaureate degree in a field not related to human services and four years of full-time, post-baccalaureate accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served and a substance abuse professional shall have four years of full-time post-graduate accumulated experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling: Work schedule will vary per assigned client needs.
