The Human Resources Consultant must have 5-7 years as a Human Resources Generalist. This person will act as a strategic business partner to assigned clients, responsible for providing strategic and tactical human resources consulting, coaching, and training services to managers and employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee relations, recruiting and staffing, organizational analysis/planning/design, training and development, performance management programs, HR processes, compensation planning, training and development, and employment law compliance. The person must be able to multitask and work on several projects if needed.
To be considered for this position candidates must have a vehicle for travel to/from local appointments. They must be able to work full-time or part-time from your own home. Occasional meetings will be held in company office in Greensboro.
